Binding commitments, not branding.
Beneath the structure sit UnitedPeoples' explicit commitments — the Tenets — and the planned company's purpose will be locked to them, permanently. Each answers a different question: the Moonshot, of purpose; the Charter, of values; the First Principles, of practice; the Membership Pledge, of personal responsibility. Every member will affirm them on joining, every Circle is accountable to them, and every Project must uphold them. Because the commitments are explicit and built in, the institution does its civic and ethical work through what members affirm rather than through partisan rhetoric.
The Tenets carry the values, so UnitedPeoples need not.

The Moonshot
To Catalyse an Age of Thriving by 2035.
The Moonshot is the north star for everything UP does. Stichting UnitedPeoples holds it, and it binds the foundation, the planned company and every member in one shared purpose. It commits UP to working at the scale that makes this horizon credible. That means 100 million members by 2035 as the first proof, and around 500 million by 2045, the scale at which an Age of Thriving becomes genuinely possible.
The Charter · the ethical baseline

- 03All persons have access to and enjoy the same voting rights.
- 04All persons are free to express themselves as they wish, without threat, harm, or other negative repercussions.
- 05All persons have the right to, and enjoyment of, personal security and property protection.
- 06All persons have access to and enjoy the same right to privacy.
- 07All persons have access to nutritious and affordable food, clean water, and clean air.
- 08All persons have access to such education as is necessary to realise one's needs and desires.
- 09All persons have access to healthcare that provides for a long and well-lived life.
- 10All persons can pursue a livelihood that provides for a productive, accomplished, and rewarding life, lived with dignity.
- 11Those who cannot provide for themselves can access such means as allows for a life that is productive, accomplished and rewarding and lived with dignity.
- 12The natural world, including species and eco-systems, is precious and worthy of protection.
Where operational expediency and the Charter conflict, the Charter holds.

The human centre of the institutional system.
"As a member of UnitedPeoples, I hereby pledge to do my best to conduct my personal and professional affairs in a manner that is consistent with both the spirit and substance of the Moonshot, Charter and First Principles of UnitedPeoples. That is to:"
Support my fellow members to help them attain the fullest measure of their personal and professional potential.
Be a high-integrity individual with self-awareness and a passion for personal growth committed to advancing my enterprise, my community, and the world about me.
Honour national sovereignty and observe local laws, while actively advocating for policies and practices aligned with UP's Tenets to foster thriving, equity, and sustainability.
Be a collaborator who inspires others to have the curiosity, courage, and conviction to innovate to seize the impossible.
Be an exemplar who honours diversity, has a high tolerance for ambiguity, and who demonstrates grace, good humour and compassion when under pressure.
Be a substantive contributor to, and ambassador for, the UP LocalCircles, UP GlobalCircles and all other activities of UnitedPeoples.

Not a position on the left–right axis. A force above it.
The Tenets are deliberately humanist, centrist and globalist — written to attract the large, waiting constituency that rejects ideology and orthodoxy. UP's work is not to convert partisans — a futile task — but to gather the people the contest has worn out into a different space, organised around shared values and practical problem-solving, and to make the old contest less relevant by out-building it.
