UnitedPeoples started as the collaboration of two people, R.J. (Bob) Westrope and Jeremy Cohen (and of course, a great many others).

Bob Westrope brings nearly four decades of experience as an evangelist of big ideas, and as an entrepreneur who made them real. His most recent venture, a four-year pilot engaging nearly 1,000 people from over 35 countries, provides much of the intellectual scaffolding on which UP is based. Bob is Founder and Chairman of UnitedPeoples and is also serving as Interim CEO.

Jeremy Cohen is a Senior Partner at Blurred, a London-based leading strategic and creative Sustainability firm. Jeremy and Blurred together bring decades of experience in ESG, helping companies from Unilever to Rivian, as well as global business, political, and thought leaders to look at the world through the lens of impact, and make a positive difference. Jeremy is a Founding Director of United Peoples, and Blurred acts as UP’s strategic and communications counsel.
